About Me
What is the biggest difference between people who live full, rich, meaningful lives and those who don’t?
Those who understand the art of living on purpose. It’s easy to let life happen to us, to accept the stories we tell ourselves as the truth. It’s so simple, in fact, that we don’t even realise we are doing it. We forget we have huge personal power.
My Story
Hi there, I'm Cat...... and if you’re reading this you’re probably wondering how my coaching might help you.
I didn’t set out to be a coach. I’d always longed to do some good in the world and put kindness at the heart of what I do. I was basically just trying to create a meaningful, joyful, purpose-driven life for myself.

Becoming a jewellery designer and setting up running my own jewellery business was an incredible journey of self-discovery and taught me two very important lessons in life:
1. Everybody needs somebody to help them get where they want to go.
It was with the help of teachers, coaches, mentors and advice from other like-minded business owners that I was able to overcome challenges, set new goals and free myself from the constraints of the self-limiting stories and beliefs.
2. There are no rules.
Pushing yourself to learn and grow opens up a world of possibility, creativity and joy.
A move back home to the UK after 24 years travelling the world and calling five different countries home, brought a new turn of the carousel for me. I wanted to make a few changes, so I applied to take Seth Godin’s altMBA, an intensive course in leadership and levelling-up, in the hope that it would give me the connection and renewed sense of drive and direction I was looking for.
It gave me all that and more. Challenges became new opportunities to find joy. It was transformative. And the mountain I thought had to climb became a series of manageable, achievable steps towards a new adventure.
"I discovered how many of us are not moving into that realm of joy and possibility, because we tell ourselves a self limiting, self defeating story."
Being invited, at the end of the course, to join the coaching team felt like I’d won the biggest prize of my life. Which turned out to be true. I discovered coaching by being a coach, and it opened up a whole new world. I discovered how many of us are not moving into that realm of joy and possibility, because we tell ourselves a self limiting, self defeating story.
It turns out, we really do rise by lifting others.
Since then, I’ve been having so much fun working with that team and coaching people just like you to help find the confidence and clarity you need to tap into your strengths and build a life you love. To embrace your fears and live life to its fullest potential. And to answer the question ‘Who are you and what do you want from life?’
If you got this far, I’m guessing you really are committed to ‘trusting the process’ and doing the work that will get you closer to finding joy and purpose without necessarily having to upend your life.
If that sounds like you, let’s set up a meeting to explore how I can help you.

I was thrilled to be asked to be on Rien McDonald’s brilliant podcast ‘The Hope Initiative.’ You can hear a bit more of my story there.
